  The other day I went in to buy a $79 eye shadow pallet after work. As soon as I entered the store I was swarmed by staff who thought I was a shoplifter. Yes, I will admit I wasn't "dressed the part" as I was in my work clothes (I work at a boat store, so not like I'm going to look pretty) the way they acted towards me was rather rude and they obviously do not know how to treat a suspected shoplifter. I do understand their caution but they should not judge someone or be blatanly rude and obvious. It was embarrasing as, not only the staff, but other customers were turning their nose up at me because I looked sketchy in leggings and a denim jakcet? not welcoming at all. Ended up buying the pallet though
