- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2019-09-22, by Brett Von BrendelI ordered a novation launchkey controller in the beginning ofJanuary. Paid it in full up front. They told me it would be here in 7 to 10 days. Then it was back ordered till the first week of February. Then it was going to be a few more weeks. I finally got it on February 27. Sent my wife to pick it up and they made her pay an additional $50 for some unknown reason!! If the price increased while I waited 2 months for it to get here is NOT my problem. This company gave me the run around for 2 months and all I was trying to do was buy local. If I ordered it online I would have had it in 10 days for the price they had listed. Lesson learned.
