  The EB Games at Country Club Centre in Nanaimo, BC has become my favourite EB Games outlet in Canada for many reasons. The number one reason by far is their people. The staff here are all avid gamers and are as enthusiastic as their customers, which is an awesome combination. There is simply something amazing about a staff member who can get just as excited about a game or console or accessory as you can. They are also knowledgeable and friendly. When my youngest son came out west to stay with us in the summer of 2017, I was able to purchase a Nintendo Switch console from them. My knee was really bad this summer and these nice people were kind enough to work with me over the phone to reduce the number of field trips I had to take looking for a console. When they got one for me, they held onto it. Needless to say, I've made it a point to purchase many games and accessories here because of that. Always pay back kindness with your patronage at a store. The store has an excellent assortment of products, including a huge variety of promotional items as well as some awesome tech.
