  Worst service ever. Girl wouldn’t even get up to greet me, I was asking where stuff was and instead of showing me she was pointing here and there. She had minimal knowledge of items sold. Was also visiting with a friend or coworker?? Went to la vie en Rose (right around the corner) and spent a couple hundred dollars on stuff I wanted and needed and I was helped by their very attentive staff! So in other words you lost ALL of my business. This bugged me so much I came home today and wrote this right away. Hopefully customer service will improve so you don’t lose more customers.. also your change rooms are super ghetto and need updated.. there are no signs telling people to keep undergarments on and she also didn’t tell me to, so that was a little unnerving. Loose plug ins falling apart and the floor looked really dirty

  big thank you to Haley for your patience and help when i came in a few weeks ago, meant to write this sooner hope she sees. went in hoping for 1 bra ended up leaving with 3 and each one is great thanks again
